For participants of this training course, we are looking for young people with experience, passion, achievement, leadership, impact and motivation. Do not, however, feel discouraged by the apparent demand of the criteria. Just be yourself when filling in the application form. If you would like to become an Authentic and Outstanding Leader in the future, then you should apply.

  • Committed to attend the full duration of the course and use the competences gained within your organisation?
  • Fully capable to communicate and work in English?
  • Between 18 and 28 (Exceptions can be made for older participants.) and from YIA member state.

Programme countries

The funding from the Youth in Action programme covers participants legally residing in EU, EEA and EU accession countries. Participation from other countries is possible provided that you will be able to fundraise for your travel, accommodation and materials’ costs
