Do not, however, feel discouraged by the apparent demand of the criteria. Just be yourself when filling in the application form. Experience Having experience on facilitation, training, chairing or group leadership. |

Achievement Having already a strong track record of achievement, be that from NGOs, school, work, sport or other fields of activitites. |

Having experience in leadership, both from self leadership and from the leading of others. |

Programme countries The funding from the Youth in Action programme covers participants legally residing in EU, EEA and EU accession countries. Participation from other countries is possible provided that you will be able to fundraise for your travel, accommodation and materials’ costs
