Programme
The programme of FITĀ is built based on a participant focused, interactive and engaging approach to learning. We use a wide range of creative methods to empower the participants to take charge of their own development. 50% of the training course is dedicated to practice and the participants receive daily feedback from the trainers and co-participants, focused on developing personal strengths and facilitation and training competences.
FIT is heavily based on the needs of the participants, and the exact programme of FIT09 will be designed following a careful and detailed needs analysis on the participant. The experienced trainers team will also adapt and change the programme throughout the training to achieve the best possible learning result.
